What is it that you do when you feel down? is there anything that you do to make yourself better?
I myself like to change something superficial. It's stupid, but it works. It helps me to take a look at things differently. For example, a few days ago my best friend and I got into a fight. This morning I went and got bangs. It sounds dumb, I know, but it's something that I have been wanting on and off and this morning I just decided to go in and get the cut done. I think that subconsciouly I deny myself of things, but when I feel like this I want to go and fix whatever is wrong but since I can't always I do something that I want.
